You can access and download the Application Form and FAQs at www.thegoldenbrickawards.com. The form can be filled and sent by courier to the address mentioned in the application form.
You can also contact the Organizing Team. A soft copy or print copy of the Nomination and Delegation Form will be mailed to you. You may fill the application and courier it to the Award Coordination Office at the address mentioned in the application form.
Any Developer, Builder, Real Estate Professional, Consultant, Agency or Broker, and Allied Industry Professionals such as Architects, Interior Designers, Construction Companies, etc. are eligible.
Applications must be submitted by June 15th, 2024.

An applicant can apply for a maximum of 10 Award Categories for one particular project. If an applicant has more than one project, a separate application form and required documents must be submitted for each project.
An applicant can apply for one project in both National and Regional Categories. One applicant can submit as many forms for different projects as desired.
Several factors are considered, including business success, community and professional leadership, diversity in business niche, cultural background and geographic location.
The committee also looks for compelling stories, such as interesting business strategies or obstacles overcome during project execution.
Initially, all applications are screened by the Selection Committee to ensure all necessary information has been provided. Applications are then reviewed based on the factors mentioned above.
Shortlisted candidates are vetted by the Jury for ethical violations or disciplinary actions. If a semi-finalist is disqualified, a replacement is chosen from the list.
Yes. Recommendation letters may be submitted but are not mandatory. They must be submitted along with the application form and should be on the relevant letterhead.
No e-mails, faxes or hard copies on plain paper will be accepted. Maximum 3 letters may be submitted.
Due to the high volume of applications, other supporting documents cannot be accepted. The Selection Committee will contact you if clarification or additional information is required.
Finalists are expected to demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour. An ethical violation or disciplinary action does not result in automatic disqualification. The Selection Committee will consider the circumstances and weigh the incident against other factors in the application.
An e-mail acknowledgement will be sent to the address listed in the application confirming receipt. If the application is incomplete or missing information, a second e-mail will be sent.
All applicants will be notified of their status via e-mail or phone by June 22nd, 2024.
The winners will be announced at the Golden Brick Awards ceremony on June 29th, 2024 at Hotel Marriott, Al Jaddaf, Dubai, UAE.
